inconsistent with whether or not annual raises and promotions will happen in any particular FY. Moved Annual bonus from time based (5% 1st year, 10% 2nd year, 15% 3rd year, 20% 4th year to its based on role and most roles get 10%.

Been happening recently. Also just happened.
They laid off big chunk of ppl in 2020 and instead of saying it to layoff they termed it as performance based decision where Mangers were asked to deliberately put some people in low rating “need improvement “ , all this done very unprofessional and unethical manner , though company is doing good in market but working in this company is full mess.
so far, never heard of a lay off here.

Very Flexible. All of us come and go depending on personal needs, kids, traffic, etc...

100 percent remote!
Many work remotely or have the flexibility to work remotely. Most choose to work onsite on most days.
