What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are OK but i wish there was a 401(k) match program
Benefits are fair but I wish there was a 401(k) match like many others in our space.
Stock Options, Health insurance, fair world-class salary and commisions plan
Stock options are very generous
Unlimited PTO - as long as you can manage your workload and get your work done, management won’t not appro
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As stok going to gove good value so some how i feel OK in terms of compensation
Stock options means nothing if you are super dilluted
