Been happening recently. Also just happened.
They laid off big chunk of ppl in 2020 and instead of saying it to layoff they termed it as performance based decision where Mangers were asked to deliberately put some people in low rating “need improvement “ , all this done very unprofessional and unethical manner , though company is doing good in market but working in this company is full mess.
so far, never heard of a lay off here.
