What's the vibe like in the Marketing dept at A10 Networks? How many hours are you working?
Terrible. The CEO is quite incompetent authoritarian and very old school. He does not care about Marketing. He thinks marketing is All about PR. He treats marketing people as second class citizens. The new VP of marketing has zero marketing experience..that tells about the environment at A10.avoid it.
What are you most excited about working at A10 Networks?

Working on a brand new product only to have it shut down because they're convinced that managed services like Heroku are a fad.

Everything should look cool, even if it's useless to the end user. Security theater is key. Management should feel like any decision is acceptable, with accountability kept to a minimum.
