What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open to take inputs fron field
They're smart, capable, and have a great vision.
transparent, honest, no salary no stock options for CEO and CTO, innovative and comprehensive solutions
We have good technology leadership, but lack global business vision and experience in the public traded arena.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership. It's the week boys clique.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary advance and medical benefits
cash compensation, but stock option remains a potential that is yet to be realized.
The employee stock purchase program worked out well

What are some of the best things about your team?
happy to collobaorate and share domain knowledge
friendly and openness, easy to exchange ideas
Nice to talk to over lunch. Pretty useless otherwise
Clear delineation of responsibilities for the technology team.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They are generally quite good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open and fair enviornment .
open door policy and issues are addressed immediately
It's all good here. Good people, a positive environment. They don't offer free meals and snacks the way other companies I've worked with in the past but it's a great environment.
never stop trying to innovate but sales execution in strategic account needs to improve
We are a diverse team with strong skills in all relevant market sectors
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership. None of them appears to have experience and they are not fast learners...

feeling a sense of purpose while i exceed company, team and personal goals
A happy environment and there is little office politics; but the CFO is just average
There is a wide variety of job responsibilities.
