I'm the only one. It's kind of stifling sometimes.
We have two women, out of 7 engineers. We have a pretty diverse team, with people from many different countries. It's great to have so many different types of people.

No direction. Over payed and underutilized. Some college student will like the unsupervised “work” for incredible pay($52k per year equivalent) but you won’t learn anything practical.

I used to feel very secure. Then comes two slightly slow quarters and somehow we went from too much work to needing to layoff people. Good quarter now - bet that will stop until the next time we don't do so well
