The leadership team looks out for the leadership team. Directors and above are the most precious positions in the company. There seems to be a VP for everything! Stop lining your pockets on the work of others you deem expendable.

The core values that F5 are just lip-service nobody cares about instilling them into our everyday work and when we go above and beyond in any one of our values our managers ignore and rarely if ever acknowledge when we put every forced into these values.

The Upper Management Team is comprised of truly selfish people. It is disgusting.
