customer service, verification procedures, blocking cards without approval from card holder

I havebeen going on my account everyday since it was opened. I have always used a VPN because my identity has been stolen once before and I have personal medical records of my clients on my device. Now you keep locking me out of my account because I will not leave this information venerable.
