I have been a LOYAL CUSTOMER for over 20 years and I was treated like trash today, on MOTHER'S DAY of all the I had a dispute with my card, and customer service was not helpful. I asked to speak with a supervisor multiple times and was told there were none to speak with. I am disgusted!

Work together is what we could do
Make sure NetSpend is true to their advertisement. Put deposits in the bank in a timely manner.
Security options for debit cards to prevent fraud.
I don't work for that NetSpend but seem like I'm working they got me working now trying to get my money my pension they won't let me get it and they know it's mine cuz all the stuff you asked me for now I didn't ask me for it when I first signed on with them and I haven't got paid since December 22
