Customer service is the worst I've ever seen! When I first became a customer, I could call and talk to someone that if they did have the answer they would transfer me to someone who could. And overdraft fees should go back to showing which transaction they covered and stop charging them a week later
Allow people access to their money
Customer service was very poor
Customer service listen to the customer what they are saying and listen what they're saying instead of ignore what they're saying and keep talking over the customer
