A perfect balance of leading by example but also enabling us to make CEO and leadership decisions everyday.

I worked for MOVO for a short period of time. However, I enjoyed my experience working there. The CEO was very personable, thorough and hardworking. If I could compare the type of boss he was to parenting I would say he was a Authoritative parent. I say parent because MOVO is his baby and he cares.

I am yet to correspond with an employee that has not gone above and beyond to assist me.

  • Over a couple of interviews 2-3 hours.

  • The first interview usually lasts around 30 minutes. There is a 2nd interview with the department head which is again around 30 minutes. A third interview is an introduction of the company Filter which is a system put together by the CEO that drives the culture and vision of MOVO. This helps determine if the person is a good fit for the company. For certain positions, there may be a group interview with all department heads which can take up to an hour. The main goal is to make sure that the individual being hired fits not only the requirements for that position but will add to the MOVO culture, a culture that is a way of life for it's team members.
