What do you like best about the leadership team?
A perfect balance of leading by example but also enabling us to make CEO and leadership decisions everyday.
Open communication system that allows for high productivity.
Leadership is given to those who are worthy.
The leadership team in invested into the professional development of its employees. I have the chance to grow and become a strong leader and that is what I have always wanted since being a collegiate athlete. We are in a fast-pace and competitive environment and the leadership keeps us at the top.
Leadership is involved everyday with employees at all levels. Their hand in the development of their employees are at the forefront of the success we are experiencing at MOVO.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is small but mighty. We meet every day to scrum out the hot items of the day and then we are off and running. Everyone is cross trained and we help each other balance workload.

The best thing about the team is that we are speed/accuracy-oriented.

The challenges make me most happy. Every day is different and we see all aspects of running a digital banking service. Our customers love that they can get features that no other banking provider offers.
That everyone in the company is highly motivated and desirous of seeking to be at their best and learn from mistakes.
