- What makes you most happy at work?The challenges make me most happy. Every day is different and we see all aspects of running a digital banking service. Our customers love that they can get features that no other banking provider offers.
- What are some of the best things about your team?Our team is small but mighty. We meet every day to scrum out the hot items of the day and then we are off and running. Everyone is cross trained and we help each other balance workload.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?We are a startup. We appreciate the opportunity to have equity in the company which gives us skin in the game!
