Each intern has their own project, and they have a team of expert colleagues to lean on and learn from. The projects are meaningful and impactful to real missions. Interns grow their skills, learn new ones. There are tons of activities and events Interns can do together throughout the program as well.

Practice talking about yourself, values, accomplishments, projects, skills, experience, future career direction. Most people don't practice talking about themselves (which is normally a good thing!) but practicing helps you describe yourself and what you have to offer and where you want to grow. Be honest!!!
