OfferUp – My biggest issue with OfferUp is the ability for people to leave an ad on the site for "years" after the item has been sold! This is annoying! OfferUp should be providing prompts that urge people to remove old ads. This then becomes a complete waste of time, with no responses. Do something!!!!

No diversity at the top. Bro yes-man culture. Terrible tech decisions. Broken employee trust. If you disagree with poor mgmt you are asked to leave or fired. HR is useless and powerless. Low eq at the top levels. Beware.
