Hire an external party to interview your people at the lower levels, especially those who had a lot of change. People don’t go from high performance to low over night. Round tables are not productive. People will not be honest because of the fair of retaliatio
More diversity and respect alternative opinions.
Go back to acting more like a startup and encourage employees to make a difference instead of creating a facebook like bureaucracy.
Dont just talk about the issues. Please be creative and solve them fast. They are good at highlighting problems however not good at finding quick/iterative solutions to those problems.

Hire people with the right experience for the job and stop demanding people to learn skills in an hour that requires years of education and experience doing. Give credit for trying and acknowledge the hard work and determination for trying. Stop making judgement based on 1 side or gossip.
A market competitive base and bonus - I took a big paycut to work here and do not feel like that has levelled up despite promotions. Also internal growth is slow

You're not at Amazon anymore. Learn to question, prioritize, plan and think about customer experience. Are you effective or are you just doing what you're comfortable doing? Why not talk with other people before you do something?

The bureaucracy has just entrenched the cliques. Encourage people to raise questions about product direction, engineering priorities and even the organization. If the people who build the product aren't making suggestions about the organization, it's because they don't think they'll be listened to.

Being able to fulfill the companies expectations
Focused vision, acknowledgement and autonomy
Most people are really positive about the company. It would be an amazing company if the employees were really empowered. There's so much potential here!
Product team needs to replaced. Exec team needs to be replaced. Poor cto vp and directors of engineering. All need to go.
Stopped highlighting the feedback from just those who know will give positive feedback. Feedback needs to be balanced. You go to one extreme to another. No one is giving constructive feedback because of the backlash.
I think the company is having a hard time retaining people because HR seems to be confused on development and training. They think giving a larger salary is better than long term training and development (which it might be for some)
