What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Product team needs to replaced. Exec team needs to be replaced. Poor cto vp and directors of engineering. All need to go.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Stopped highlighting the feedback from just those who know will give positive feedback. Feedback needs to be balanced. You go to one extreme to another. No one is giving constructive feedback because of the backlash.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Fire exec team. Need better people managers and product people who know how to build great product
