No diversity at the top. Bro yes-man culture. Terrible tech decisions. Broken employee trust. If you disagree with poor mgmt you are asked to leave or fired. HR is useless and powerless. Low eq at the top levels. Beware.
Extremely toxic. Executives are aware but prefers to ignore the problems and censors their people. Failures are blamed on those following Leadership orders, despite being aware of the risk. No one speaks up here due to the fear of retaliation. This used to be a great company with a vision.
