Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A market competitive base and bonus - I took a big paycut to work here and do not feel like that has levelled up despite promotions. Also internal growth is slow

We were admittedly a disorganized startup. Aggressive hiring and bureaucracy have just shifted the problems.

No diversity at the top. Bro yes-man culture. Terrible tech decisions. Broken employee trust. If you disagree with poor mgmt you are asked to leave or fired. HR is useless and powerless. Low eq at the top levels. Beware.
