Be honest and speak up. Change can’t happen when everyone is lying about what’s happening. Work together and not against each other. Own your mist

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Stopped highlighting the feedback from just those who know will give positive feedback. Feedback needs to be balanced. You go to one extreme to another. No one is giving constructive feedback because of the backlash.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Leadership need to opening acknowledge the problems and led by example. The cliques need to stop. I’ve been openly advise to tell trust no one. Tough to work in a place where you have no alli

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Hire an external party to interview your people at the lower levels, especially those who had a lot of change. People don’t go from high performance to low over night. Round tables are not productive. People will not be honest because of the fair of retaliatio

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Hire people with the right experience for the job and stop demanding people to learn skills in an hour that requires years of education and experience doing. Give credit for trying and acknowledge the hard work and determination for trying. Stop making judgement based on 1 side or gossip.
