I've worked for onsolve for 14years now. The first three in my new position I was not allowed to have an annual pay increase because "I made more" than my team-members. Inflation makes our salaries worth less every year while our health insurance goes up without providing increased value. Also the professional development would be much more useful as a stipend we could spend directly on what we need.

There is too much on everyone's plate and it is unnecessary, so it just causes a lot of stress. There needs to be better alignment across departments and stronger goals. We also need to focus on producing quality work even if it means doing less things. More is not always better.
