I did not find this fair as I have put in the years and time. Then this year I only receive 2% increase when I heard most receive 3

Products have continued issues/defects, deadlines regularly missed, priority focus is on WTP and not current customer escalations. Retention and customer satisfaction is rapidly declining.

There is too much on everyone's plate and it is unnecessary, so it just causes a lot of stress. There needs to be better alignment across departments and stronger goals. We also need to focus on producing quality work even if it means doing less things. More is not always better.
