They work hard to make Optima successful. I really like how they are actively engaged with the IRS and have a good relationship with them. This is so important to the work we do. There is a real emphasis on the opportunities for employees to advance and make a career here.

I really love the team environment. My team works really well together but I also feel connected to other employees in other teams/departments. It truly feels like we are part of a big family.
