What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I thrive in a fast paced work environment. Phone and web leads are usually hours apart so there is a lot of waiting. When I do try to fill the day up by making tons of calls it rarely pays off because they are picked over already and the phone system now is a headache for outbound calls
