Osmosis is a unique company, unlike any other organization I've ever been a part of. The team culture and values run through very strong throughout the entire team. The team is built of amazingly talented individuals who aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves and help with whatever is needed.

I started as an OMEF where I led events and wrote blogs, fell in love with the environment and the people, later became a regional lead,er and had the opportunity to share their values even further and help others develop as I got to.

It's the nature of a small company that you make a little less money. However, the amount of money I make doesn't make me feel undervalued, just saying that life would be easier making a bit more. The benefits of constantly being challenged and growing in my role are a huge value to me.

I do not feel undervalued, but I have taken on more responsibility than my role initially specified, which I dont mind. However, I do believe this should eventually result in a salary adjustment.

Response time was slow, interviewing team didn't feel like it understood my experience. The process felt very 'standard'. I feel like it would be better if some part of the interview were geared towards my past experience. The application requirements were also lengthy.
