I've never questioned whether I'm being paid what I'm worth and I know that if I were to question that, I could approach our leadership team to negotiate changes.

Since the early days of our company as a start up, we've been increasing the benefits year by year. Even though we do not have the best benefits yet, I know that the leadership values the team enough to improve this aspect of the company as we grow bigger.

Higher pay and/or 401k matching would be very appreciated and would match the current market more appropriately.

It's the nature of a small company that you make a little less money. However, the amount of money I make doesn't make me feel undervalued, just saying that life would be easier making a bit more. The benefits of constantly being challenged and growing in my role are a huge value to me.
