The interview felt like we met just to talk and did not feel like a typical interview. It was the best interview I have ever been to.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Response time was slow, interviewing team didn't feel like it understood my experience. The process felt very 'standard'. I feel like it would be better if some part of the interview were geared towards my past experience. The application requirements were also lengthy.
