During the switch to 12s there were times I had to work unusual hours and felt it would have been fairer to have been preemptively given the dollar shift differential I would have been receiving anyways. I feel it was unfair to have me change my schedule to accommodate the company without this.

what I make now is comparatively less in todays economy than 3 years ago. they is little compensation for that leading several individuals to look elsewhere as significant raises to retain an employee are not done. A yearly 3% raise will not keep a skilled salary employee.

There are no clear paths for upward movement and the pay is not in alignment with the current pay in my area for similar work. This can result in PACs losing their best employees.

3%-4% annual raises do not compare to the rapid inflation in our society. Work and life balance are great unless you are unable to save and work paycheck to paycheck. I believe we should be compensating our tenure employees better.

Comparable to the average going rate for my position in a company of this size with my experience, I fall in the lower 30%. Nothing has been done to retain me. There is no future here for me. Its only a convenience to stay at PAC while in search of the right opportunity.
