The leadership needs to be leaders not managers. There is way to micromanagement and lack of trust from the leadership.

Communication is something we're always needing improvement on - my leadership team needs to be better at communicating the same information to everyone at the same time. It would also be nice for my leadership team to know how D365 works and how to find information within that system.

Planning over this year with the switch back to 12-hour shifts for some members of the plant it was an absolute mess. Schedules mixed up and having to switch part back from 12s once on them because they didn't account for training that was needed. It was all very poorly planned and executed.

Vacation policy is too low, also not being able to take a half day. Also compensation is low compared to the market.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The plant manager and a few of the managers that are favorites yet are clearly struggling and not qualified for the positions they are in

There needs to be more empowerment. A lot of things are handled at a higher level which really doesn't need to be done. Employees should have a chance to have an impact on what they do. Right now, there is very little collaboration. it is more a dictated work environment.

the plant manager Since he has stepped in its a veru toxic environment to work with him. always walking on eggshells and he has created a negative narrative towards several employees that don't report to him let alone the ones that do.

managers who manage their staff's daily work are not the one that determine their staff's pay, not the one that can discipline their staff.

I'm not sure anyone is ever excited about going to work, I come to work to do a job to make a paycheck and I make decent money for the job I do here. It's just not an exciting task.

I could win the lottery. Overall, not unhappy to go to work. I don't cry on my way in. :) Sometimes communication is lacking. Overall corp tries to update personnel changes with email but it isn't done 100%.

More up to date work space would be a great improvement. An on-site gym with an outdoor walking path, frisbee golf, and pavilion to eat lunch at.
