We are in a very competitive area, so our company pays accordingly. I like that we are not only compensated for doing our job well, but are able to receive bonus compensation for hitting goals and for going above and beyond.

Everyone wants to do their best. We are kind of nerdy but also know how to have fun. No one has an ego, they just want to work as a team and do what's best for the company. We work together to achieve our goals.

My team is full of A players and Game Changers. They are so on top of everything they do. They hustle and are willing and ready to do their best everyday. My team is also fun, nerdy, and don't take themselves too seriously. It is like working with a group of my friends.

Our leadership team is smart, agile, flexible and transparent. They are always looking for ways to become more innovative and a thought leader in our space. It is a rare gift to work at a company where the executive team knows you by name and give you personalized recognition for a job well done.

I really liked how many people within the organization I got to meet before coming on. It gave me a good idea of who I would be working with. I was especially impressed by how smart everyone was. I really wanted to work at a place where I could learn a lot and I feel like I get that at Pattern.
