Almost everyone at Paylocity receives restricted stock. The pay is fair although everyone always wants more. The benefits are very good.

Cost of living increases in pay. Also, during Covid paylocity suspended the 401k match and bonuses but the company still grew by 40% YOY. So the C-Suite all got their bonuses

Better pay. More opportunities to move within the company.

The salary is quite low given the size and age of the company. Yearly raise is minor (3%) and no clear path for career progression for larger raises. RSU's take a very long time to vest, almost as long as the 15 days of PTO accrue. Holidays arepoor; expected to work the day after Thanksgiving/xmas.
