Best I have ever worked with. They listen, answer the fun and hard questions. Very transparent
"They’re always there when you need support, but they’re also not afraid to have the tough conversations when needed. You’re never treated like just a number here; you genuinely feel like part of a
They are willing to listen. They also make good business decisions for the long run, not just for the quick stock return.
They are very supportive and helpful
They are accessible, supportive, and have a unified goal that is communicated all across the organization. They often ask for feedback AND implement impactful changes from that feedback.

Listening to their employee's and focus on developing are existing products then looking to expand into different products and services.
Stop taking 20-30% raises year after year but in 6 years I have never seen a cost of living increase of pay.
Review from Sales Dept
Micromanagement and workload are absolutely atrocious. Management should be ashamed.
Understanding how to architect a large corporation with multiple product teams to prevent having the same problems being solved by each teams. Also need to focus on creating a budget for re-writing/refactoring code as the product grows.
The compensation package is very competitive it’s motivating and gives us the flexibility to support our lifestyles. There are great options, but I especially love the employee stock purchase pl
The RSU packages are amazing! For sales people, the commissions are extremely rewarding.
The commission is very competitive.
All of it is great
Review from Sales Dept
Commission plan is very robust

I feel my position should be paid more than what my current salary is. Its a lot of work!
The salary is quite low given the size and age of the company. Yearly raise is minor (3%) and no clear path for career progression for larger raises. RSU's take a very long time to vest, almost as long as the 15 days of PTO accrue. Holidays arepoor; expected to work the day after Thanksgiving/xmas.
Cost of living increases in pay. Also, during Covid paylocity suspended the 401k match and bonuses but the company still grew by 40% YOY. So the C-Suite all got their bonuses
Review from Sales Dept
Better pay. More opportunities to move within the company.
I love the culture on my team. I genuinely believe they're great people.
They are supportive and helpful with all questions.
How supportive and collaborative they all are!
Review from Sales Dept
The collaboration and feeling of being a part of something meaningful. It's like a family

Great people to work with

Improve quality in their work.
Coworkers sometimes talk too much personal when there is work to be donel
Review from Operations Dept
Paylocity hires everyone to a large pool and then distributes the team after the fact, so most hires don't meet their teammates until after being an employee. This may seem to work as people are forced to play politics, but at the core it's missing out on a ton of value by mixing the wrong people.
That we all want what is best for the consumer but that doesn't translate up the chain of command
the supportive and helpful team members that are willing to sacrifice to support our customers
Work life balance is amazing, they really trust us here
Review from Sales Dept
Always incredibly supportive of their employees and their families.
Review from Sales Dept
All of my peers and coworkers work really closely together.
Stop giving so many raises to executives while lowering spending on front line workers
Review from Sales Dept
The company culture is one that embraces diversity and inclusion as well as professional growth.
Review from HR Dept
it was more a conversation than an interview
The people were extremely friendly and natural.
they were transparent about steps in the process
it was transparent and quick
Review from Sales Dept
The engagement from the recruiters
Review from Sales Dept
Be more transparent about the job requirements and don't make the expectation of internal advancement when you are just interviewing but already have someone in mind for the position
Knowing that I work for a company with integrity. I like my co-workers and if I work hard, I get paid well. Plus, DEI is still important!
my team and their positive outlook on the work we do
I love that everyone I work with has our client's best interest at heart. This organization's priority is to do what is best for our clients and does not try to force them into any box's or to do things "our way."
Review from Sales Dept
The sense of purpose, growth and trust they have in us

The customer satisfaction that we receive
Review from Sales Dept
The implementation and service teams have been taking on more and more work with very low pay. The squeeze on these departments are likely to help the share holders feel better but clients are feeling the pain
Review from Sales Dept
DIVERSITY & INCLUSION! Emotion intelligence & sensitivity training is needed for members in all forms of leadership roles. This needs to be fast-tracked.
Review from Operations Dept
Remote work, flex scheduling, good pto, RSU and discounted stock.
Diversity and Inclusion. The company has "minority" employees but not in leadership.
