it was 6 years ago but I loved how I got to speak to a mentor, my director and another director about the position. I also loved doing a ride-a-long and how they flew me to where my director lived at the time to offer me the position.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Be more transparent about the job requirements and don't make the expectation of internal advancement when you are just interviewing but already have someone in mind for the position
