  • The pay is good; perhaps it's above average. The bonuses are crap. They also like to play the game of delaying raises and bonuses that extra month.

  • This can vary. I've done 30-60 a week. It really depends on what's happening. Year end (Jan-Apr) is the busy time for this company. They value work-life balance. I've yet to see a death march here.

  • Not very different from any other company I've been. They're good people, and accept mistakes. They still tend to value quantity over quality. Another tendency is to strive for control over change, rather than learning to embrace change. They're good people who are open to conversations. Overall, I like them.

  • Friendly, helpful, with some really smart people. *But*, it is like any other company. The smart ones, who know what they are doing, are far outnumbered by the others. As a whole, they tend to embrace the same things any other enterprise does: conformity.
