The most positive attribute of our company culture is the genuine feeling of inclusivity of all managers and divisions in the company's direction. The yearly meeting in Paso and the new manager talks are examples of this inclusivity. I feel this directly results in the growth of company positivity.

No matter what challenge I encounter, I feel confident that my team has the talent and experience to either brainstorm a new solution or use an already proven solution a member learned from past experiences and is willing to share.
