Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The salary that I receive is not consistent with my job title/type in the marketplace. However, I do not feel undervalued. I appreciate the culture at Pearce, and because money isn't everything, I prefer to work here rather than working at a company where I'm not valued for more money

It's not that I would say I feel undervalued, I just think the company should view other companies wages and job descriptions and compare it with Pearce positions.

I honestly feel that I babysit a bunch of guys that cant figure out simple tasks, while they make double what I make.

I have trained people that have been hired after me, that do what I do or less and get paid way more than I make. I do not believe the pay scale is correct for all engineers. It seems the newer engineers make more money coming in the door than the engineers who have put in time with Pearce.

The Management team is disintegrating. It's like watching a bad season of survivor, except with the company you work for: who are we going to lose this week? This is not a healthy company and the fact that the upper management won't acknowledge this to their staff is extremely dishonest.
