Pearce Services Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Working from home and unlimited sick/vacation (as available).

Review from Engineering Dept

Benefits and opportunity to have equity in the company

Review from Engineering Dept

I appreciate that it is reviewed annually.

Review from HR Dept

the 401K plan and paid holidays

Review from Engineering Dept

I believe it to be the PTO policy for Managers.

My salary, insurance and 401k match.

Review from Engineering Dept

Good coverage insurance at a reasonable price.

Review from Engineering Dept

Salary, vacation, 401K, & bonus structure.

Review from Communications Dept

My current overall pay structure.

Review from Engineering Dept

Not only the insurance, but they also offer pet insurance. Pearce goes above & beyond to assure employees can concentrate on their jobs and not have to worry about the everyday distractions that occur.

Review from Engineering Dept

There are many options for insurance, a good range in prices and coverage.

Review from Engineering Dept

The pay rate and PTO

Review from Engineering Dept

Pay and work from home.

Review from Engineering Dept

When they initiated unlimited PTO

Review from Engineering Dept

The Bonus is the best part.

Review from Operations Dept

It is a well-rounded package.

Review from Engineering Dept

Good salary and good benefits

Review from Engineering Dept

Per Diem hasn't been retracted yet, so that's a good thing.

Review from Operations Dept

My pay is competitive to the Market. No issues there. The Insurance is very expensive compared to the little coverage received. The insurance is the worst I have had in my career.

Review from Operations Dept

What compensation package? Do not know of one.

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The salary that I receive is not consistent with my job title/type in the marketplace. However, I do not feel undervalued. I appreciate the culture at Pearce, and because money isn't everything, I prefer to work here rather than working at a company where I'm not valued for more money

Review from Engineering Dept

It's not that I would say I feel undervalued, I just think the company should view other companies wages and job descriptions and compare it with Pearce positions.

Review from Communications Dept

I honestly feel that I babysit a bunch of guys that cant figure out simple tasks, while they make double what I make.

Review from Operations Dept

I have trained people that have been hired after me, that do what I do or less and get paid way more than I make. I do not believe the pay scale is correct for all engineers. It seems the newer engineers make more money coming in the door than the engineers who have put in time with Pearce.

Review from Engineering Dept

Compensation in comparison to other industry Leaders.

Review from Product Dept

The multiple roles I hold are truly roles that deserve a full-time person to ensure they are done well. While I understand the need for multitasking the problem is no backups in those roles and then that task becomes part of what is expected of your daily duties. More pay for those w/ multiple roles

Review from Communications Dept

Higher Bonus payouts would be better

Review from Operations Dept

I don't feel undervalued, But I would like an increase in pay as I feel I have earned it and will continue to learn and grow and become more valuable to the company.

Review from Operations Dept

Dramatically reduced bonus and salary increase. Increasing to pre-merger values to keep up with inflation and the margin increase realized in 2022.

Review from Operations Dept

Overtime pay since salary doesn't justify what I actually work

Review from Operations Dept

My counterpart is paid 20% more than I am despite having fewer years of management experience.

Review from Finance Dept

Insurance is expensive and the coverage is horrible. No cost of living increases for most of us in management roles. Offer shares VS cost of living increases, the company is only concerned with making money even it means taking from the employees.

Review from Executive Dept

There are no perks? Inflation is up 10% and no cost of living adjustment has been approved. Others are paid the same to do far less work.

Review from Engineering Dept

I believe I am definitely underpaid in comparison to what the industry offers.

Review from Communications Dept

Paying market rates and appreciating hard work.

Review from Finance Dept

I don't feel that it is completely understood by the Executive team what I bring to the table and therefore, fair pay is not being received.

Review from HR Dept

do not feel it is competitive with the market

Review from Operations Dept

A lot of hours put in - this is by my own choice but still if I were to calculate the hourly rate it would be low

Review from Product Dept

There was a clause I was unaware of when signing on, no raises for 6 months, and unfortunately, this kept me from receiving an increase during the review period. I've been in talks with my manager though, and it's getting sorted.

Review from IT Dept

Paid maternity leave would be a value for other individuals wanting to join.
