Every day there is something new; a new challenge for me to work thru and learn from.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that my leadership team is willing to listen to my concerns and then have an honest discussion about them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work to embrace multi-continental cultures; we respect our co-workers that are in the US and in India. I have grown as a person learning about the Indian culture and what is important and valued to my co-workers there!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary that I receive is not consistent with my job title/type in the marketplace. However, I do not feel undervalued. I appreciate the culture at Pearce, and because money isn't everything, I prefer to work here rather than working at a company where I'm not valued for more money
