What I enjoy most about the leadership team with Pearce is the confidence they have in their team. They allow me freedom to complete my job adequately.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not that I would say I feel undervalued, I just think the company should view other companies wages and job descriptions and compare it with Pearce positions.

The multiple roles I hold are truly roles that deserve a full-time person to ensure they are done well. While I understand the need for multitasking the problem is no backups in those roles and then that task becomes part of what is expected of your daily duties. More pay for those w/ multiple roles

Again, the open lines of communication. I have always had luck getting answers to questions across the whole organization or being put in touch with someone that can assist me.
