The experience I have had with Pearce has been great. I'd like to say I have significantly worked my way up the ladder starting as an entry level designer and now as a Project Manager of multiple projects. And I have been able to do this with the support from my team and managers.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I enjoy most about the leadership team with Pearce is the confidence they have in their team. They allow me freedom to complete my job adequately.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not that I would say I feel undervalued, I just think the company should view other companies wages and job descriptions and compare it with Pearce positions.
