I was promoted for a full time position. But because I asked for Monday and Wednesday off for school I was demoted part time hours. No one asked me or spoke to me so I reached out to my district manager and she said she will fix it but. She I am still working part time hours.

I wish the district manager wasnt so controling. With the new manager I felt seen and heard. She works with everyone. Then there's the DM only cares about herself. Selfish. I honestly hope and pray that my manager finds somewhere else that appreciates her and not walk over her.

The district manager only cares if she makes money. Honestly if this company wants to higher people that barely speaks english and older people then they should stop hiring young adults. If it's going to be a problem to go to school and work full time shouldn't hire young people.
