
The district manager only cares if she makes money. Honestly if this company wants to higher people that barely speaks english and older people then they should stop hiring young adults. If it's going to be a problem to go to school and work full time shouldn't hire young people.
My store manager is great.
Most of them are very professional and treat everyone with respect.
The tend to feel the need to announce their leadership in various ways. Very much "because I said so" kind of people. Since they are upper management they feel they never have to communicate. There have been plenty of times where the rest of the staff are unaware of things like important visits.
Hiring better store managers who know how to manage.
