Honestly as someone with decent sales experience it comes naturally and often products sell themselves. However, the management is incompetent and store managers are often industry plants that are friends with someone higher up which ends im managers being misimformed and power trip because of it.

Manager is the worst. He bothers people with unwanted videos; has no scent of personal space. Doesn't know how to handle conflict.

Good place to work and good perfumes

I was promoted for a full time position. But because I asked for Monday and Wednesday off for school I was demoted part time hours. No one asked me or spoke to me so I reached out to my district manager and she said she will fix it but. She I am still working part time hours.
