More demands and expectations on one department while no accountability to other departments makes for a more stressful work environment. I would feel better if I had reasonable expectations that weren't contingent on another departments performance.

Part of compensation package is an annual bonus that will likely be eliminated this year due to drop in services. Also disappointed about losing 401K match. There has been little communication on future reinstatement of either.

I feel undervalued at the company due to the fact they do not pay me or fellow coworkers the correct amount of compensation for the work we do. Especially the few of us who are cross-trained into at least 3-5 different jobs for this company. The benefits are no good as well due to the cheapness.
