Letting go of departmental hierarchy. Human communication, facilitating teams, standardized processes.
They need to support the staff more and focus more on the needs to have a more productive, efficient, and manageable workflow. Overtime is killing and slowing down employees workflow in a day to day basis. The employees don't get enough rest to make up for overtime. Some look ready to collapse.
The leadership team needs to get better at becoming a leader for the employees. I feel that they lack leadership skills, and the need to make tough decisions. As well people do not feel the job is a place to come to have a good time and work. They dreed coming into work.
