What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Better management, need a better way to make efficient workflow. Also, I don't think the employees should be thrown under the bus with so many homes to fill with so little people. Sometimes it feels like we are purposefully being destroyed at work.

We need to have good leadership, a team that works well together (remove the bad workers that do not produce or refuse to). A team that knows what they are doing.
