What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager at the time was laid back, understanding and gave me a chance despite not having much experience.
Quick intro and what to expect-mini chat before interview created a more comfortable experience.
I was treated with respect. My questions were answered.
The integrity of my hiring manager was impeccable and the process was concise with no gimmicks.
Engagement between prospect manager and myself. I was able to feel out the vibe to know if it was right place for me. I also like the brief overview because it gave me an idea of what to expect if I did work there.
