Overall good. Was originally told I could take LWOP the first year so I could build up some time off hours. However that was a lie and was forced to use my time off first. Also the union is a joke and wish i could get out of it. So I would say the company is good but the union makes it worse

The union ruined all of this. I would rather have a 5 or 6% matched 401k and ESOP that was offered before the union. Unfortunately the union was set up before I started.
