Started out ok, but I learned quickly how terrible training is, days are beyond slow and mind numbingly boring. Manager is fake and selfish but puts up a good front. I started looking for another job soon after my start date.

I like learning new skills and have made friends. But the company does not listen to its employees. Sweeps things under the rug. Does not hold people accountable. Seems shady. The company is supposed to be there for its employees but it seems its just there for itself.

PKL is one of the, if not the lowest paying contractor on my base. With cost of living skyrocketing, it is ridiculous to be paid so low.

Investing in employees. Valuing them as a team member. Shoots down employees when they want to try and better themselves/move up in the company. Manager is very selfish.
