pay attention more to the store workers and the problems rather than going off and making new policies and rules. I understand that you want to keep up with other companies but you're forgetting the associates.

I get to work with pretty cool co-workers who don't make it feel like we are only supposed to be co-workers. I've made friends with shift leads and managers eventhough this company says we are not allowed to be friends. You can't control who we build relationships with.

I feel undervalued because i don't get to have bonuses when i've worked for the compant for almost 4 years. I'm a ct, and i've never recieved a raise because associates/ct can't get them. I'm extremely valued in my store because i'm the longest employee there, the mangers have left. I deserve more
